Ariel Radack Krassner joined the J-SAT team in 2014. She trains and coaches correctional staff in multiple evidence-based practices, focusing on developmental and technical opportunities for growth, and building positive habits to support enhanced performance. Ariel’s expertise lies in building decision support databases for clients, including data management and analysis. As an Adaptive Coach, she has continued her training this year and is near the completion of her certifications in Transformative Leadership Coaching and Neurosculpting Facilitation (a neuroscience based coaching format). Her education background is in Psychology and aspires to continue her academic journey in the field of Industrial Organizational Psychology. She holds a high value for the human potential movement, and views the services J-SAT offers as a means to unlocking greater potential within correctional organizations and the individual humans involved. She is considered the “resident millennial” at J-SAT due to her alacrity and default technical skills.
